You know I'm a numbers geek, I like data. We're a startup we don't have a ton of money to invest in that luxury and finally, we saw the need to, we have these ideas of how we're doing in the marketplace, and we need to validate some of that so what I thought was awesome about TrackFly was, one that personal touch. You were helping us navigate this and the accuracy of the data, the market penetration you had was truly accurate, timely, and amazing data.
How has the industry data influenced your business decisions?
SEAN KELLY
We thought we were doing well in the market, we thought we were taking market share, and we had an idea where we were, but TrackFly validated that and there's some eye-opening things. We're doing better than we were, we see some opportunities in terms of seasonality where we can grow and then also we see where our products line up and that is really intriguing right, we can see that average sale price, we can see where our products rank versus others, so it lets us put more emphasis on certain products and certain seasonality and sharing that data with the reps turns into actionable decisions so it's been a real boom for us.
What should retailers know when connecting with Bajio Sunglasses on TrackFly?
SEAN KELLY
You know when we started the brand this was about partnership not being transactional. As involved in a retailer’s business, not just the numbers of the business, but in their community. Geographic, their fishing community, and whatever activity they participate in we want to be a partner. TrackFly lets us be a partner, we're saying “Hey this is what's going well for us, this is what may not be” so what I want the retailers to know is this is just another step or extension of the partnership from us. It's not about driving sales, yes that's a goal to grow the brand with the retailer, but TrackFly lets us be a better partner.
